Donna from Ventura, CA
Dec 26 2007 Rating: 5/5 Stars

If all you know from Green Day is American Idiot, then you don't know nothing. Sure this is "mellower" and "slower" than some of their albums later than this - but this shows their true roots. Even though they don't have Tre Cool on drums, the guitar and bass is still good...mostly the guitar. Most of these songs are about "girl crushes" and stuff, but who cares? Best songs are 'at the library', and 'going to pasalaquca', (is that how you spell it?). This is Green Day's 924 Gilman St. days, with good ole' Blatz, The Filth, Rancid...ya know. Get this and Kerplunk! This is Amanda not Donna.
