Born in 1988 from the legendary Gillman St. punk scene, this band pioneered the pop-punk/rock sound that so many great bands have drawn influence from. This is the long-awaited follow-up to 2000's "Astray" and with it you get a piece of punk's past, present, and future.

This was a real good release but not as good as Astray or their previous releases like Billy. When we're together (the song displayed) is a real good one tho. The rest is good, just not like their old.

I absolutely love Astray so I was pretty excited to see that they had a new one. This one is pale in comparison but has bright spots in "Come Home," "Storm Clouds," "Believer" and "Lullaby."

As a die-hard Samiam fan I long awaited this album. It was not what I expected, but it does rock pretty hard. It took me 5 listens for it to grow on me, and it finally did. I catch myself singing some songs in my head every once in awhile. There are a few good solid tracks on here. Some I thought were a little scracthy and fuzzy sounding, but again as I said it grew on me. Definately an album to add on to your Samiam collection. But I recommend their previous albums, such as "Clumsy", "You are freaking me out", "billy", and "astray".

Amazing. I love everything I've heard from Samiam. This album is dirty production wise. Not polished like Astray, which is my favorite Samiam record. The guitar work is great. Whatever's... is a nice progression from Astray. It's got that rock sound, but it's not as "pop-punkish" as Astray.

Amazing Samiam is such a great band. This is what pop punk is supposed to sound like not all that other shit like fall out boy, my chemical romance, and NFG.

What can I say? This band has been around forever and hasnt really changed that much. In this case thats a good thing. Same catchy tunes you would expect from a band green day, blink 182 and offspring once opened for. Those bands took the catchyness too far to a point where they turned into flavorless bubblegum, but these guys didnt. One of the few "pop punk" bands I actually like, even if that term seems oxymoronic.
