Awesome CD. The first disc is better than the second, even though "Wow I can Get Sexual too" is by far their fucking coolest track ever. I would rate this their best CD to date. They do have a rare EP out there too, Baseball that is a shitty recording worth a listen anyway.

I can not wait to hear the new album which will be out later this month. I hope it surpasses Is A Real Boy, if not this CD will always have a place in my listening station.

I bought the original album when it first came out along time ago, and just recently decided to buy this because it has 7 new songs on it. They are freaking great! "wow, i can get sexual too" has the catchiest chorus i think i have ever heard.

Max has decided to try a few new things on this record. He's got some keyboards and some of the latter songs on the new cd are more experimental, some are alot faster than his usual stuff, but his wit and strange way at looking at the world makes this a must-have cd!

Max Bemis is a one-of-a-kind type of musician. At the start of a song i will be listening to it thinking, 'ok this is pretty crap' and then by the end of it, i am claiming it to be my new favourite song. He has that uncanny knack of writing catchy song after catchy song after catchy song. If you haven't got '...is a real boy' then get this double cd because the 2nd cd is just as good as the first!

really really original. his songs are often rather funny. his voice is almost emo but it has a rasp to it which makes it sound really good. the background is somewhere between indie and pop punk even though alot of his songs are just what he wants to do.

Damn! I love this band. Sincerity is Max Bemis' middle name. If you haven't heard this band yet, do yourself a favor and pick up this album. I listened to the original version of the album for an entire year, and it's still one of my favorite cd's.

Excellent release (both CD's). Tons of interesting, hooky rock 'n' roll. No two tracks sound the same but for the most part they're all great.
