This is defintitely one of my favorite albums ever, hands down. It is very distorted on the vocals and the guitars, distorted = fucking awesome. It is very reminiscent of converge's "Jane Doe" at times but not to the point where it seems like a blatant rip off. I highly highly highly recommend this one, it'll change your life, it makes me wanna be a better man.

From the preview song I heard on Deathwish's website, "High Winds and Heavy Seas", I expected a slow, heavy metalcore band. What I got once I heard the rest of the album was one of the craziest albums I've heard in some time. Pedal to the Metal Full Throttle Metalcore similar to Curl Up and Die and Converge.
