If We Could Only See Us Now

Island B000391750

Released on March 29, 2005

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

Throughout their journey, the band has had their cameras at hand. Watching shows they’d recorded themselves was cool, but watching shows their fans sent them was cooler. The tape collection grew as the memories were passed down, and when Thrice got home in August 04, after a year and a half of touring to support their Island debut, they decided to share the story of their lives. The result is the chronicle of a band, from high school friends to international rockers. Thrice took pride in laying their story down on tape: personally selecting the film excerpts, conducting interviews to fill in gaps for the viewer……presenting the first complete retrospective of a band still on the rise.

I like Thrice, so I had to get this DVD. It was very informative, but in a bad way. It just kept going and going, and half of the stuff was not even necessary. Plus, the dudes were kinda boring. There was some funny stuff, but not enough. Borrow it from a friend, don't buy it. Or steal it, because then no money would be wasted.

This is an excellent CD/DVD combo. The dvd is like a really cool, very informative format that combines years of footage. The cd is a collection of rare tracks and B sides ( most you could get off the net) that are well worth it. I highly recommend this for Thrice fans :)
