Choking Victim
No Gods/No Managers CD

Hail Satan! Kill Jesus! Hail Satan! Kill Jesus! Mmm...Mmm... TOASTY! Ok, I don't know what the hell that means. This disk is pretty fun, lots of anger and sillyness as well. I personally think some people like these guys a little too much as they are not great, but pretty good.

Halloween At The Metro Chicago - The Show Must Go Off! DVD

This DVD is very cool, Alk3 is one of my favorites and this does not disapoint. The fotage is filmed pretty well and the sound is great. I wish I had known how cool this disk was sooner.

Vampires will Never hurt you is easily the best song on this cd, that said this cd kicks ass. There isn't a bad song on this disk and each song is very catchy. I saw them in concert and was dissapointed, but I don't hold it against this disk. They appear to be one of these bands going more and more mainstream lately and don't think they will ever match this album in the future. I have had this disk since it came out and it still is something I still listen to often. Crazy drums and vocals are what stand out the most.

This cd grows on you the more you hear it. My favorite songs are - the long road, brotherhood, and amazing grace-which kicks ass. Similar to the Dropkick Murphys in that they use a bagpipe, but more raw. I first heard them on the Christian Rock Alternative station "the Effect", don't let that fool you though, this cd is very punk and makes you want to get in the pit and shove some little girl down.

(Just kidding about the shoving a little girl part.)

Or am I?....

Stockyard Stoics
Catastrophe CD

I absolutely love this cd. The songs grow on you and and you can't stop listening to it. Stockyard Stoics deserve alot of praise for this album. In many ways it reminds me of old Rancid, very catchy stuff. Where the comparison to Rancid stops is the lyrical content, Stockyard Stoics are very polital.

Spoken
A Moment Of Imperfect Clarity CD

I enjoy this cd quite a bit, it is at time hard and fast and at others pretty soft and melodic. My favorite song is Falling Further, but the whole cd is pretty good. The vocals may take some getting used to at first similar to Coheed and Cambria perhaps at times, but they grow on you like a fungus and you'll find yourself singing along. Yes you will.

Tear It All Down CD

This is a very good cd. If you haven't heard them I feel you are missing out on some good punk rock. I would say this cd compairs to the last one, another round. I absolutely love another round so I can't say I like this cd better, but it is very solid nonetheless. In my opinion they sound like punk rock was meant to sound like. Awesome band.
