Do I need a poster tube if I order a poster?

Posters come in a variety sizes. The size is listed (in inches) in the title of each item. While a few posters come pre-folded, most are not. If you would like the unfolded posters to arrive at your house unfolded, then you will need to buy a poster tube. We offer two poster tubes. One is priced to ship anywhere in the United States and the other is priced to ship to other countries.

How are your vinyl LPs packed?

Interpunk currently uses vinyl mailers with an extra layer of cardboard to ensure your vinyl arrives in the best condition possible.

How much is shipping for domestic or international orders?

The cost of shipping is calculated based on what you buy. After you add something to your shopping cart, the shipping cost will be reflected there. If you live outside the United States, you will have to change your shipping location by selecting your location from the drop-down box on the shopping cart page. Once you do this the shipping will be recalculated. Delivery times for International orders can vary depending on customs and is not guaranteed by a specific date.

What shipping options does InterPunk offer?

Below are all shipping options that we currently offer. The days listed below are business days (Saturday and Sunday do not count as a business day). Keep in mind that the delivery time you choose is how long it will take for you to receive your order AFTER your order is ready to ship. In most cases everything is in stock and orders ship out within a day of you placing it. If an item is out of stock, your order could be delayed a few days or more. We highly suggest you log onto your account to check your order to get an updated order status.

What if I never received my order and my package is returned to you?

If we receive your package returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the problem. If there is an error in the address provided to us, you will be responsible for a reshipping fee.
