This is a great cd. Definatly worth the price. It's song are much better than on Duck And Cover, a lot cathier too, songs one and two are the best. Definatly check this one out.

I have to admit it….the Mad Caddies are one of my favorite bands. They totally blew me away with their first release Quality Soft Core. Great songs such as No Se and Distress made the CD great. Then along came Duck and Cover, from Fat Wreck Chords. Another smash from the Mad Caddies. Even though it was a little darker than Quality Soft Core, it still grabs your attention. It is one of those CDs that you always wanna listen to. Like a good book that you can’t put down. But then there came a long time when the Mad Caddies didn’t record. When hearing that they were recording a EP my first reaction was that it was not going to be all that great. When you come off of a long stretch of not recording usually you wanna make a full length CD so that some of the rust can be hidden by a wide verity of songs. But an EP leaves you with no room for rust. And so we have Holiday Has Been Canceled… Holiday Has Been Canceled is great! Starts off with the usual Mad Caddies twang and then kicks in. Great harmonies and totally awesome lyrics. The best song on the EP must be Something Wrong At The Playground. A great tune and lyrics that really make you think. If you are a die-hard fan of the Mad Caddies then you definitely wanna pick this up. A newcomer to the band? You still wanna get this. Great F’n CD.
