New Brunswick, NJ's Thursday have been evoking intense passions in people for almost two years. The band began as a closely-knit group of friends who channeled those unbreakable bonds into not only an idea, but also an unparalleled sound that sets Thursday apart from all other bands. Recommended for fans of Boy Sets Fire, Deftones, and At The Drive In.

I got this cd almost half a year ago (I still listen to it all time) & I was reading the reviews for it, and I noticed that I never posted one. This is one of my favorite cds of all time. Everyone says they sound like At the Drive-In, but there is one major difference --- they don't suck. I can't stand At the Drive-In, so those of you out there reading these reviews, don't be turned away just because you don't like At the Drive-In. This is a great album that goes from hard to soft, from emo to hardcore. It's very original, but it may take a few listens though if your usually more into music on other ends of the punk/emo/hardcore scene. Thursday is one of the best bands out there, buy this or I'll pee on your grandma's face

This album was pure genius. All i can say is that is an amazing album and very well thought out. The vocals and lyrics along with the amazing screams are beautiful. I also saw these guys live and there just as good. If they come to your area check them out.

pure genius, this band is one of the greatest bands ever, you music buy this, do it foo, and buy the debut also, its called "waiting" A.S.A for life anti-starbucks action,

1/16/2002 by Josh from Manassas, VA Rating:
This Cd is awesome if you like emo (Good Charlotte, Dashboard, etc.) and dont mind a little bit of yelling (which i think goes well together with the song) than you will love this cd. But if you dont like stuff like that or anything related to that than don't get this but download "Cross Out The Eyes" and give it a sample try because that is the best song on the cd but the whole CD is awesome.

1/9/2002 by Daniel from Summervilled, SC Rating:
I'm kinda wondering what all the fuss is about.......this band is good...but i find the lead singer to be a little bit weak for a hardcore band on victory records. It's definately an accquired taste.....but it's by no means horrible.

1/5/2002 by Karen from Clemmons, NC Rating:
