Since the release of their last album The Gang’s All Here in 1999, the Dropkick Murphys have gone through some changes. The quartet that recorded Gang has expanded to a septet, packing more guitar firepower as well as adding acoustic instruments to further their modern folk vision. The resulting sound is on full display on their latest release Sing Loud, Sing Proud, an album which connects the dots on the direct lineage between punk rock and folk music.

7/22/2002 by Jacob from Lancaster, NY Rating:
Good album....hell its a great album! Best i've heard by DKM in a while. bye it you won't regret it.

6/28/2002 by Jacob from Washington, DC Rating:
This is a great CD! I think this and Do or Die are their best albums. I was skeptical about their new style/music, but after a few listens, it gets in your head and you find yourself singing along. Good usage of bagpipes, flutes, and of course hard guitar and great vocals. I am not Irish nor from Boston and I love these guys! Go check them out live!

3/1/2002 by Karen from Chicago Heights, IL Rating:
Old dropkick was way better but these guys are still great. every song is good, its kinda folky but not as much as that other person made it out to be.

12/28/2001 by Karen from Port Charlotte, FL Rating:
This really wasn't that great. It's just folk music, it's kind of annoying. I wouldn't buy it again. If you really want it, i'll sell you mine for cheap! 3 dollars? how about 2.50? any takers?

10/27/2001 by Douglas from Scottsdale, AZ Rating:
I have to say that this is an awsome cd! Anyone who's really into Dropkick Murphys must get this. It has well thought out lyrics and is my favorite dkms cd. You can't get more original than these guys. This album is plain AWSOME!!

10/3/2001 by John from Elizabeth City, NC Rating:
I hated Dropkick until this cd. The new lineup is great. Good Rats is an all time punk fav for me. Very original sound.

9/10/2001 by Ronnie from Jacksonville, FL Rating:
i would say this cd is ok, except for the fact that if Mr. Al Barr blew on my cock and balls it would sound better than the bagpipe on this homoerotic piece of gay. dropkick murphys are stupid bitches that have songs with horribly thought out lyrics, absolutely no good guitar/ bass/ drums/ bagpipe, and the guys voice sounds like somebody jizzed down his throat. do NOT waste your money on this unless you need some background music for a sexathon with a fat hairy scottish bitch.

8/6/2001 by Megan from Lantana, FL Rating:
Dropkick Murhphys are great. If you're ever pissed off and drinking...well, here's the perfect cd to listen to. The songs on here will certainly get you going and fired up to go kick some ass in the pit if you're so inclined. Heck, my dad even likes this cd.

6/27/2001 by Alan from Washington, ME Rating:
this was the worst album any living person could produce It is just too slow and is a lot like folk music Dont buy this cd get do or die or the gang's all here
