I was listening to the 7" for the longest time and am glad they finally released it on CD. I bought the CD just for that reason. The other tracks are OK but really are lo-fi and the video is REALLY lame, even if it was DIY. A good buy for the fans of LOC since they came around.

This EP is really great. These were the first L.O.C. songs I really got to hear (aside from Atheist Anthem and Crack City Rockers on the Hellcat comp) and I still love them today. If you're looking to get into L.O.C.,pick this up. The full lengths are more in depth, but this is a great intro to the band. The demos and extra tracks are actually kinda shitty, but cool to hear if you're a big fan.The original tracks are where the band really shines,it's some crazy fast punk rock with some of the best vocals I've ever heard. Stza is an amazing screamer. If you like this, pick up every other L.O.C. release, along with Leftover Crack. The other stuff gets into more ska and metal stuff, but it's really well done. I can't express enough how great this band is. Get it now.

Another must have if you're into that crack rock steady beat. Rock the 40oz is my favourite song and the earlier versions of songs re-recorded for mediocre generica are great. If you're just getting into Leftover Crack, i would buy Mediocre Generica first before this because Mediocre is a great way into the crack rock steady music because of its better production. Rock the 40oz is a good album but not as good as the more musically developed Mediocre Generica and Fuck World Trade , but then thats only my opinion.

Rock the 40oz. is a great cd for fans of Leftover Crack. Many of the songs have poor recording quality, but all in all a very good cd. Muppet NAMBLA with the Distillers is an awesome song, and i love the samples they add in between tracks. Mediocre Generica is though by far a much better cd, so i would recommend that if you are new to Leftover Crack. Other than that i would recommend No Cash and Choking Victim (duh) as other bands to check out if you are a fan.
