| This CD is absolutly increadible! Extreme levels of musicain ship and lyrical maturity shine right through the music. The Mars Volta has taken not only prog. punk/rock to a new level, but created one for itself. I definitly recomend that you buy this CD! |

| I love this album. It gives me hope for the future of music. Hopefully the Mars Volta will be around for a long time to come. Get rid of your GC/Yellowcard cds and pick this up. It will change the way you look at music. |

| This CD is great, but the way some people talk about it, they make it sound better than it is. Which is why I was a little dissapointed. The biggest problem is that some of the tracks sounds way too a like. |

| I bought this when it first came out and let me say that this album is AMAZING. The only thing is, if you want to truly experience this album fully, you need to listen to the whole thing from start to finish, WITH HEADPHONES. You hear things that you wouldn't normally hear with ordinary speakers. This album takes you on a musical journey that compares with listening to Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon". I highly recommend this album to anyone that is need for a little variety from the "normal" music out there. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 10. And if you do get this album, don't forget to check out the website that offers the lyric booklet. |

| I enjoyed every song on De-Loused In The Comatorium. My favorite song is televators. This band has something special, and I can't wait to see what else they have to offer. This is art punk at it's best. |

| I am a huge at the drive in fan, and i was greatly looking forward to listening to de-loused in the comatorium. But i decided that i should probably listen to some of Mars Volta's work before ordering the cd. so i manage to listen to their first cd TREMULANT. I was dissapointed, nearly all of the songs i listen to were electronic, not that electronic music is bad, but i really wanted to hear OMar expand as a guitarist. But then i heard the song INERTIATIC ESP off of the new album, I WAS AMAZED. I decided that i had to buy De_Loused, even thought i didn't know if i was going to like it or not. Needless to say, this cd is a masterpiece. This is art. All the insturments (including cedric's vocals) blended so beutifully that i had to listen to it more. This cd totally opened the musical portion of my brain much much wider.
B E W A R E-------This is not at the drive in. Mrs Volta is completely different. So please dont compare the 2 bands in terms of quality. |
