when i heard the band whoopie cushion changed there name and got signed to negative progression, i was stoked. then i took a listen to this cd and realized with the downfall of the name came the downfall of the band. i just can't get into this cd at all. i've listened to it a number of times, and almost half like the fourth song, but it was a major let down.

Most of the reviews that I have read about this album rate it pretty high. But to me, this is just an average album. Nothing too special, and nothing that other poppy bands haven't done a million times better. But if you like bland, unoriginal pop, give this a try.

Yeah yeah yeah, like all the others, these guys are pretty damn sweet. Catchy, you know it. I wouldn't say they are as poppy as some say, and their style varies from song to song, sounds like their singer has 5 diferent voices. Just need to get a solid style and they will te awesome. Not to say this isn't an amazing cd though

First off let me say I like this CD, and will most likely like it more upon more listens. Second, if you're going to buy this because they are compared to TBS, The Movielife or Brand New then stop right there. They have nothing in common with the previously mentioned bands, except for the fact they all are from Strong Island. Goodwill is pure pop-punk, no screams, no metal riffage; just pure pop-punk. And it's oh so good. One complaint I have is that it isn't as catchy as TBS or Brand New. I also thought they'd mix hardcore and pop-punk as well, much like TBS, but they don't. It's a good CD, it's just like the pop-punk my mama raised me on. Just don't expect this to sound like the typical Long Island punk.

awesome debut full length from a great band. If you've been lucky enough to see this band live within the last year then your probably lucky enough to own the Sometimes the Radio e.p. ...this cd blows that away. Not only are these super nice guys ...they kick so much ass too. Deff worth the money ... Awesome cd either way.

good pop punk album. they don't re-invent the wheel by any means, but they do a good job of rolling with what they got. nice lyrics, good guitar work, and a nice acoustic song thrown in for good measure. pick it up, if you're in the mood for some poppy punky rock music.

Wow this CD is great! The singer has a very different voice....it's smooth and at the same time pretty vast. The music is also a lot more mature than other efforts from this band and their former band Whoopie Cushion. Production rules, and this will be stuck in my CD players for quite some time.....BUY IT!

Yeah, catchy's the word if you want to describe Goodwill in one word. The Long Island homeboys were pretty well-produced on the record, and the songs themselves are pretty good too. The vocals are different, I'll admit that but you get used to them pretty quickly. A great opener and a good 6 minute singalong to finish what isn't quite a moment of a CD.
