Do I really need to say anything? This is one of the most important albums in punk rock. not only is it the energy album, but also thier ep's which are a great added bonus. If you dont have this album yet, i seriously dont know what you're waiting for.

12/5/2007 by Lena from Middletown, NY Rating:
This is a great album. It pretty much sounds like the old one, but I only had a few stray songs downloaded from the old one, and I wanted a hard copy of the entire CD. It definitely wasn't a disappointment and I'd say if you're looking for some good old school ska or if you just don't have this CD, get it! :D

11/27/2007 by Tom from Longmont, CO Rating:
The original CD is amazing. However, this "REMASTERED" version is a fluke. I only bought this newer version because I thought since it was remastered, it would sound tons better. The original had a bad recording quality for sure, but hell it was still amazing. This CD sounds THE EXACT SAME as the old one. You CANNOT even tell it has been remastered. Bollocks! But, if you haven't got this CD yet, you are behind my friend. This is a timeless classic and will always be one of my favorite CDs of all time. If you already own it and are buying it for the "REMASTERED" sound, it's a rip off.

Absolutley Amamzing. i've had a copy of this cd for 3 years and to finally have it just makes it all the better. All songs are great, no fillers at all.

Every song on this album is killer. There are actually NO fillers. 27 good tracks, a little over 50 minutes long. Very good crust ska album, but it today.

11/13/2007 by Michelle from Lodi, CA Rating:
Honestly you can't go wrong with Op Ivy. There is no bad song on this album. A long wait for this to show up at my door step and totally worth it.

11/6/2007 by Lisa from Gaithersburg, MD Rating:
Well 1st off, i've been waiting for this cd for a LONG time. When I finally got it i was so happy. this cd comes as no dissapointment at all. Infact there is only like 3 tracks on this cd that dont really grab my attention, and for 27 tracks, thats worth it. This cd is a piece of gold, no its better than that, this cd is better than gold itself. I would recommend this cd to anyone/everyone, you can't go wrong with it. Wether you like to skank, or don't, love to mosh, or don't, this is an uplifting record for everyone. This is the definition of a punk/ska band and this is truly music. Personally i would suggest the songs, "Yellin In my Ear", "Sound System", "Unity", "Knowledge", "Junkies Runnin Dry", "The Crowd", and well i'll let you decide which tracks are the best, but that whole cd is AWSOME!!!!!

8/23/2007 by Donna from Ventura, CA Rating:
I reviewed this a long time ago...but it showed up on my list again, (whatever you call it) - so i'm reviewing it again...yeah ok. This is seriously an awesome short lived ska band. Not all the songs are ska, but more than half. Tim Armstrong plays guitar, and Matt Freeman plays bass - both from Rancid, (duh). But don't expect to hear anything like Rancid. I got to see Rancid last year and they played "Unity" so that was awesome. My favorite songs are: "Knowledge", "Unity", "Vulerability", and "Big City". Other than that - the whole cd is really good, and I think everyone should get it. Jesse, (the lead singer) drew the album art...sorry for randomness I just think that's cool...east bay punk!!!

8/15/2007 by Danny from Long Beach, CA Rating:
this is operation ivy...that is all you really need to know. the classic album by an amazing band. creaters of ska music. this whole cd is great, including not only ska but punk as well. you wont be able to keep yourself from dancing along. if you're not yet convinced, then consider you're getting 27 songs for the same price as a regular cd. buy it.

7/18/2007 by Trolay from Versailles, France Rating:
A must have for every Rancid fan, skapunk fan, punk fan, and music fan !!!! if you're lucky enough to find it available on interpunk , buy it !
