BYO re-releases the long out of print debut album from Manic Hispanic: The Menudo Incident. This is where it all started, with songs like "Mexican Society," "East L.A.," and "Barrio Land". The Menudo Incident was originally released in 1996 on the now defunct Dr. Dream Records. Members of Manic Hispanic have been in and are currently in: The Adolescents, Cadillac Tramps, The Grabbers, Punk Rock Karaoke, The X-Members, 22 Jacks, Final Conflict, and Agent Orange.

| I reviewed these guys on their other cds.I think this is the best one for me. almost all the originals i grew up listening in the 80's + 90's. The black flag tune Wasted,is fuckin bad ass,you just gotta their version too.the other songs that i remember that they cover are bands like X +clash +pistols+adolescents+stooges...maybe someday they might release there own shit..cuz if they ever do..I'll get a copy. |

| Hey vatos!...I'm the first person reviewing this thing..and it's a pretty good thing...all the greatest tunes from (mostly)the 80's hardcore-punk era are here...you can hear some Clash stuff,some Sex Pistol Stuff(well,those are 70's)but an awesome Minor Threat Cover named 12xu...in a great hispanic version...don't you get the jokes?...learn some spanish pendejo!,and listen to the Poem song..is cool,ah the greatest songs are Jet Muchacho,New Rosa,Wasted,and the Descendents song...Amoeba...Amigo...jeje....I'm bailing Fuck You! |
