Celebrating the 10-year anniversary of Less Than Jake is this remixed,
remastered version of their first full-length, Pez-Core. Neither the album nor Less Than Jake really needs much introduction: suffice it to say that it's now available on Fueled By Ramen, the label owned by LTJ drummer Vinnie. The album also marks a milestone for Fueled By Ramen: it's their 50th release. As always, LTJ will be the road constantly in front of legions of fans.

Pezcore,a fine cd. Best along with Losing Streak/Hello Rockview/Greased. The horns are really cool on this one. And the original versions of "Jen Doesnt Like me Anymore", "Where In The Hell Is Mike Sinkovich" and "Johnny Quest Thinks we are sellouts". "My very own flag", "One last Cigarette", "Jen Doesnt Like me Anymore","Johnny Quest Thinks we are sellouts" and "Where In The Hell Is Mike Sinkovich". Great cd. A good starter if you like ska a lot.

First off, I'd like to say LTJ is the best band ever, and if you haven't heard of them I don't know where you've been, cuz they're one of the best Ska/Punk bands around. No complaints on this CD except that joining the last two songs on one track annoys me. This CD has some of the best songs of their career, like "Johnny Quest Thinks We're Sellouts" & "Jen Doesn't Like Me Anymore" (even though these songs are re-recorded on Losing Streak it's still really good). That's about all I can say, so see ya!

While I orginally had the original Album I enjoy this one equally. I mean they remixed and remastered it and also included a freakin awesome booklet that includes info about the making of the CD. The original was a must have for any fan of Ska/Punk type music, and was arguably one of LTJ's best albums. I wholeheartedly agree but have only one miniscule complaint. I don't know maybe I got a bum deal but One last cigarette (the last track on the original) was put on the same track as Short on Ideas. And thats one of my favorite songs but you know other than that this a fuckin awesome CD and still a must have for any fan of LTJ, SKA/PUNK, or music.

This is an incredible cd! It is definately a classic as well as a legend. It falls in line with other great ska cds such as Operation Ivy's "Energy" and Suicide Machine's "Destruction By Definition". I've heard Less Than Jake before, but this is the first LTJ cd I've picked up. If you've got a couple extra bucks, definately pick this one up. (But if you want the best ska cd...no wait...best cd period...then you will pick up Suicide Machines "Destruction By Definition"...cause nobody does it better than the Machines!!!)

I don't think this is Less than Jake's best cd, and while it it is a good cd, it gets a little repetitive. Then again, i'm not a huge ska fan (besides: The Toasters, Mustard Plug, and Codename: Rocky). So don't take my opinion if you don't want to. But there are a few great standout tracks: Liquor Store, My Own Flag...actually, a lot of it is pretty good. I would suggest to any reader interested in LTJ to buy "Hello Rockview" first. Truly their best.

I've actually never heard the original version and only bought it because i heard it wasn't changed that much. The best songs on here are Liquor Store and Jen Doesn't like me anymore. Those two songs alone are worth the 12$. Less Than Jake is one of the greatest bands I've ever listened too and this is definately worth the money. Buy it.

For anyone who doesn't know pezcore, umm.well i'll get to it in a sec. I just wanted to say that it isn't remastered THAT much, like how Kris Roe did an amazing job remastering Anywhere But Here, but it at least sounds better. if you burned pezcore off someone and thats the only way you had it before (like me) i'd reccomend buying this. if you already have it dont bother. but its pretty decent, it has some pretty good, more raw versions of losing streak classics like jen and johnny quest, and the mike sinkovich song is a lot better than the losers, kings, and things...version.
