| Some good tracks - I wouldn't recommend it though if you don't like old-fashioned rockabilly. I was expecting some more psychobilly. This CD did introduce me to Os Catalepticos, a kick-ass psycho band. |

| I bought this album hoping to find some new psychobilly bands but mostly rockabilly bands. If your a fan of rockabilly definitly buy this album. Don't look at bands like Nekromantix and Demented Are Go, and hope for a hard, fast psychobilly album, cause you're not gunna get it. Dont get me wrong Nekromantix are my favorite band and Demented Are Go are fucking awesome, but this is a more rockabilly CD. Like the songs Please Mama Please by Go Cat Go, Sticky Fingers by Cave Catt Sammy, Steady Baby by Big sandy and the fly-rite trio, and Dixie Peach by Big Six, are songs that reflect 50's rockabilly. So if you love the great sounds of original rockabilly and some great psychbilly, buy this. And for fucks sake it's only 5 bucks.

| This comp wasn't bad, but not entirely what I was expecting. Seeing Reverend Horton Heat and Demented Are Go listed, I expected a more harder edged rockabilly or psychobilly selection. It has that, but there are also quite a few "older" sounding rockabilly songs, like 50's era rockabilly. And don't get me wrong, all rockabilly is good to me and those songs are fine too, but not grouped with the aforementioned bands. So if the Rev or DAG are where you're rockabilly tastes lie, I would select a different comp. If, by chance, you're looking for an introduction on any and all forms of this particular brand of music, then this would be a most excellent choice. I'm only giving 3 stars because when I ordered it, like I said, I was looking for the harder stuff. |

| THIS CD IS PRETTY AWESOME. FOR THE ROCKABILLY KID IN ALL OF US. MOST OF THE CD IS ROCKABILLY. MOST OF THE CD IS ROCKABILLY. LIKE 4 OR 5 PSYCHOBILLY SONGS. ITS SLOWER AND JUST GOOD FOR ANY MOOD. VERY NICE CD. IT MAKES YOU WANT TO JUMP BACK TO THE 50'S AND ROCK OUT!! I GAVE IT 4 STARS BECAUSE A 5 IS RARE IN MY BOOK. |

| I ordered this expecting the groups to sound similar to Reverend Horton Heat. Well, most of the groups on this CD focus heavily on the "billy" and rarely touch the "rock" portion of the genre. Still, I can't pick out many songs on this album that I feel someone needs to die for creating. If you want something lively and fairly hard, look elsewhere. Doesn't suite my tastes very well, but I can't bring myself to deem it as godawful. |

| This comp really disappointed me. I was looking to find some new psycho/rockibilly stuff and all I got was mediocrity. Even the Reverend Horton Heat and Nekromantix tracks are pretty weak. The Quakes put up a good showing but the rest of this CD is pretty useless.
