Best Get Up KIds album! Typical get up kids- great songs, good tunes. Well worth the buy! cool layout and awesome graphics!

3/16/2005 by Daniel from Ocoee, FL Rating:
EXCELLENT CD. This cd is a very mellow one;quite a release from the Get Up Kids. Not my personal favorite though, because of the whiny voice getting in the way at times. Not as much agression as in something to write home about. But all in all, great cd to listen to when it is a rainy day.

9/28/2003 by Chris from Ottawa, ON Canada Rating:
I'm not sure how I feel about this album, I am a huge fan of this band, but it's such a change from everything else they've done. So if you're new to The Get Up Kids, get "Four Minute Mile" or "Something To Write Home About". But this is an easy cd to listen to.

5/19/2003 by Jeff from Tigard, OR Rating:

5/7/2003 by Drew from Prescott, AZ Rating:
Don't buy this expecting to hear songs similar as those on Something to Write Home About. the Get Up Kids have definitly moved on and developed a much more mature sound. This album is a bit softer than previous releases which you can hear right from the start on "Overdue." There are a few songs I skip through but over all its a really good CD.

4/2/2003 by Michael from Valencia, CA Rating:
DOnt get me wrong the getupkids are pretty good. But this cd sucks its really slow and goes on. If youre going to buy a getupkids album get four minute mile or something to write home about.

2/2/2003 by Gal from Raanna, Israel Rating:
A very calm and mellow GUK album. I like it. Overdue (yes, the one on mtv!) is my favourite song a good way to spend a few bucks

1/27/2003 by Kristofer from Malmö, Sweden Rating:
Great mix of alt-country, emo and pop. The melodies are nice, the singing is excellent, and the production (listen to the drums) is top notch! Very different from (and much better than) all their previous recordings.

Check out the tracks "Let the reigns go loose" and "All that I know" to see how the Kids has found their own style. Eventually.
