Although it only contains 2 tracks, this CD is great. Lost in the air, is an odd poppy Jupiter era-esque Cave In track, which is backed up by Lift Off, one of the greatest most perfect songs ever written, and one of Cave In's best. I'm glad this song was left alone and not re-recorded or anything, it just flows fantastically.

Both songs on here are good, but I feel kinda jipped because one of these songs ended up on the Antenna full length (same version too). So basically I payed $5.50 for one song. I love Cave In and all, but just download the unreleased song...then buy everything else they've released.

Get this if you have extra cash because it is excellent songs but 5 dollars is a bit steep for only 2 songs thats why it gets a 4. If you do not have any cave in id recommened until your heart stops, jupiter, and tides of tommorow as your first purchases.

Incredible. I just wish there was more than two songs. I know we all secretly wish they'd go back to being a metal-core band, but I love their new sound, too.

Great two song e.p. Recordings left off of the amazing Jupiter album I'd imagine. Both tracks get five stars. Two of the best Cave In songs ever. They have a miniscual almost undetectable pop edge to them.
