Merely mention the Unseen to anyone in the Boston punk scene, and you're likely to get an earful of how the Unseen is recognized as one of the few bands that helped kick start the now infamous punk scene in that city. Unseen combine intelligent lyrics with aggressive music, and their sound is peppered with influences ranging from GBH, Misfits, the Clash, Minor Threat and Conflict.

Verry good Unseen cd but not their best. (They have no bad cd's but okay) This is where they made the switch from their older style to their newer stuff. If you like their newer style certainly go buy Explode. That's just brilliant! Anyway If I where you I would go buy them all just like me because all their cd's are great, greater, greatest. :-)

I'm not real sure why people dislike all the Unseen albums after So This Is Freedom? because The Anger and the Truth is an awesome record. The songs are angry and get their point across, it's got a much better sound quality then the A-F releases as well. If you like The Unseen you need to buy this album it's awesome.

This is the Unseens Third full lenght, its a great cd but a little bit of a depart from So this is Freedom, and The Lower Class album. Its still amazing, but its just not as raw. But dont let that stop you from buying it, its still amazing! But i would recommend you pick up one of the others first. Notable songs: Live in Fear, 1000 miles, What happened, No master race, Fight for a better life, No evacuation, and something to say. Aslo, I'd like to add that this cd is more personally than the firs two, so if you listen to it after the first two, it makes you feel like your a little closer to the band, however its not as personal as Explode (Thier 4th Album.

This was my first Unseen CD. It's a good CD, typical punk-rock. The CD doesn't exactly contain anything new to add to the punk-rock genre, but that doesn't meen that it's a bad CD.. It still kicks ass, although I was hoping for something more original...

12/25/2004 by Becca from Auburn, WA Rating:
I LOVE THIS FUCKING CD! LIVe IN FEAR IS MY FAVORITE SONGON THE CD, BUT ALL OF THE OTHER SONGS ARE GREAT TOO... a MUST HAVE FOR ANY UNSEEN FAN.

12/4/2004 by Adrienne from Kissimmee, FL Rating:
I really don't like this album. It's just not as good as there others. I love the song "No Master Race," but that's about it. If your buying your first Unseen a;bum, I would go get "Lower Class Crucifixion" or "So this is Freedom?" instead.

6/15/2004 by Anthony from Akron, OH Rating:
i love the cover art and it has alot of good songs on it but i would recomend buying so this is freedom or explode first there better but this is still a good cd

6/8/2004 by Caroline from Bethesda, MD Rating:
I really Love this CD and im so glad i bought it. Every song on here is brilliant even if the lyrics, like those on no master race, can be lame. It's a great introduction to the Unseen and the production is truly spectacular. Buy this or complete singles collection. Totally worth it.Highlights include No evacuation, Where have you gone? and got something to say.

Its the Unseen. Do I need to say more? An amazing album as expected. When I first heard Live in Fear I got chills down my back. When I saw them live with The Virus only a few nights ago Live in Fear was the first song that they played. There is no way to describe how awesome these guys are on stage. After Live in Fear they played, Dead and gone,Police Brutality, Explode,So sick of you, Social Security, So this is Freedom, False Hope,1000 Miles,What are you gonna do, No master race, ADD,Fed up,Remains Unseen, and fineshed up with No Evacuation which is also on this album. They also played the two songs they covered on Lower Class Crucifixion and So this is Freedom(Thorn and Beat it)along with a couple new songs that were incredible. They couldnt play Goodbye America because Paul isnt with them anymore.Oh,they also let anyone who wanted to get up on stage and sing along whenever they wanted. It was just an incredible show. The best I've seen in a long time. So I thought some of you true Unseen fans might want to hear about a great live show from the kings of street punk. It couldn't of been better.
