This is a collection of songs recorded over the Tossers first 7 years together and encompassing a few different line ups. Most of this stuff was released on various EPs, I guess, although, admittedly, I'm not entirely familiar with all the details of the Tossers discography. Anyhow, the stuff here is great. The Tossers are a fantastic and underappreciated band, unfortunately existing in the shadows of other celtic-influenced punk acts like Dropkick Murphys and Flogging Molly, both of whom the Tossers actually pre-date. For those of you unfamiliar with the Tossers, don't try getting into them thinking that they are another DKM or Flogging Molly. The Tossers are much more traditional, sort of like the early Pogues stuff, than either of those bands. Anyway, I could continue to ramble, but I won't. Just buy this.

Aright here is what I think of this CD. Most of the songs kick extreme ass, however, some songs are kind of lame or have lame parts in them like their twist on Finnigan's Wake, ehh.....but still this is a damn good cd they are most closely related to the Pogues but still have a sound all their own. Cheers.

if you want a tossers album, you should get this one. it's got a wide variety of songs and styles, from really corny old folk stuff to really slow & kick-back stuff, to bitter irish punk rock. i like many of the songs a lot, others i don't go for-- but it's a big album. some of the other tossers albums are more consistent and end up a little bit monotonous. this one is my favorite. fans of levellers and the men they couldn't hang will like this disc.

The Tossers are just breath taking. When I got this cd all I heard was the song cover song they did of Finnegan's Wake. They are right behind the Pogues as the my favorite band.

Excellent compilation of previously released Tossers stuff. Includes a lot of songs from "The Pint of No Return" and "We'll Never Be Sober Again". Great for anyone who has had to sell off their Tossers CDs in desperate times, or possibly people who live under a rock and have never heard the Tossers before.

Forget Flogging Molly! This band is so much better! From the originals to the traditionals this band is so great. I hope to hear a lot more from them in the future.

This cd rocks the house! If you like Irish folk punk (is it alright for me to call it that?) then you should buy this. They are such a great band. If you like Flogging Molly you will most likely like this. I say most likely because they arent the same but they both rock!

I first saw these guys here in Chicago on St Pat's day at a Bosstones show and instantly came to love their music. This CD is now one of my favorites and seems to always be in my CD changer. Irish music gone punk, you can't beat that. A great CD to drink to, and if these guys ever come to your town, you have to see them.
