Great album and a really innovative and challenging sound. Right from the first track, you know this band means business! RFTC is really one of those bands that has their own signature on music. I'm not sure you can compare many bands to them. I think it's so cool that Vagrant Records signed them for a couple of records before they quit. An Amazing band that should not be forgotten!

This is hands down Rocket's greatest ablum...From beginning to end, this cd just burns and stabbs...You can tell the aim on this album was to broaden they're sound...Some songs like "Heart of a Rat" do lack the same vitality as others like "Staight American Slave" or "Venom Venom," yet somehow the whole ablum flows nicely from beginning to end...If you like this, definitely pick up "Scream, Dracula, Scream"...

Rocket from the Crypt is the band of bands. Theyve been around longer than most bands can dream of and have made more music than most bands combined. Ive had this CD for a while and now its time to let the squares know how good it is. If this CD were Spinal Taps amp, it'd be turned up to 11. If I rated this on a scale of one to awesome, itd be an awesome. Buy this CD, it is a must have.

I have been waiting for new RFTC for some time. This was worth the wait. They have a style all their own, and they definitely rock. Not too many bands can use the horns so effectively without sacrificing the power of the songs like these guys can. I think Vagrant flat out stole this band. There will be many labels who wish they could have these guys on their roster. Thumbs up.
