Well, there are a lot of thigs to tell about this CD or just a few: according to the year it was released, i can tell that SDRE was one of the very first melodic emo bands, really... all the later and actual melodic emo bands like saves the day, the get up kids, elliott and all those are very influenciated by this one, is easy to hear SDRE`s music arrangaments in their music. About this album in specific, well you know... if you didn`t hear nothing about LP2 you still don`t know what EMO REALLY is... check this one out and you`ll be discovering the roots af all that strange slow music you hear all around... I agree wuith our partner below... this is EMO...

too bad there is only 9 songs on this disc. this is an emo masterpiece. it is soft and calming but still rocks very hard and i love the voice and guitars of SDRE. probably my favorite emo band no matter what anyone says. my favorite songs are "Rodeo Jones", "Friday", and "Waffle"...pure greatness. Without this band i doubt we'd have half of the awesome emo bands we have today, so thank God for SDRE!

SDRE's best, with more emotion than 'How it feels...' and more depth than 'Diary'. Everyone should check out the concluding track 'Rodeo Jones', it is worth purchasing this cd for that track alone, the drumming is phenomonal. Oh, and one last thing kiddies, THIS is EMO, not dashboard confessional...so please make the required ammendmants in future.
