Since the release of their last album The Gang’s All Here in 1999, the Dropkick Murphys have gone through some changes. The quartet that recorded Gang has expanded to a septet, packing more guitar firepower as well as adding acoustic instruments to further their modern folk vision. The resulting sound is on full display on their latest release Sing Loud, Sing Proud, an album which connects the dots on the direct lineage between punk rock and folk music.

Great CD! I think this is the first CD where Dropkick's new singer is singing. I love it! It has a ton of great hits you may have heard their old singer sing. I highly recommend this record!

1/21/2007 by Sterling from Tacoma, WA Rating:
this is just a good Dropkicks album, if your a fan then BUY IT!!!! if you wanna listin to them for the first time, this album is fine but you should also chck out do or die and the boys on the docks ep. i also recommend seeing them live great experience!

5/11/2005 by Patrick from Wheeling, IL Rating:
I'm not the biggest Dropkick Murphy's fan, but I tend to enjoy what they do. This is the DKM CD that I enjoy listening to the most (and yes, I own the first two, also, which I know that many people prefer). On this CD, the band expands their sound without radically changing it. I like it when a punk band does that, as opposed to simply trying recreate their early successes over and over (and usually failing).

2/9/2005 by Jordan from Nuneaton, United Kingdom Rating:
A Fine, Fine Drpockick record.

10/23/2004 by Jimme from Nieuw-vennep, Netherlands Rating:
In that case, I AM a fruitcake and a plastic paddy. Dropkick Murphys is (in my opinion ofcourse) the best goddamn band.. EVER! They did a great job covering the Wild Rover and the Rocky Road to Dublin. And please, cut the crap about Mike being better than Al. He isn't, as simple as that.

4/6/2004 by Nick from Monson, MA Rating:
DKM is gay, listen to a real band like REO Speedwagon. If your a fruitcake, plastic paddy you'd probly like this cd, I suggest you listen to it while eating cornbeef and cabbage while wearing a scally cap and shouting Oi alot.

9/6/2003 by Dustin from Pascoag, RI Rating:
Possibley one of the best cd's ive ever heard. Its Definitely tied with Do or Die. great cd and thats all i can say!

6/8/2003 by Sarah from Boca Raton, FL Rating:
this cd was slower and a little more folky than the old dkm...but it still was pretty good. i liked do or die better.

4/14/2003 by Nickolas from Chaska, MN Rating:
I bought this cd after i saw the dropkicks over st patricks day weekend in Boston. After going to 3 of the 4 shows, It showed me that this band has worked hard as hell these past years to get the material out and make it easily available to the fans. They also took the time to do four shows.(the fourth was added after the three were sold out. How many bands these days go this far for the fans?? My reccommedation is to pick this cd up. Even if your not a fan, you might enjoy there sence of music.

11/8/2002 by Brandon from Fort Collins, CO Rating:
this cd was ok. about half of the songs were good. dropkick murphys need to play harder stuff. all in all it is ok.
