Still Fighting For A Future

Charged 11

Released on November 27, 2000

Sorry, but this item is no longer available

An unchecked disease of filth, pain and hatred as these East Coast hoodlums spread their message of spikey-haired chaos to the disenfranchised children of this once great nation. Intense and loaded total hardcore punk action deranged with sing-along vocals and an '82 attitude.

This is a decent album. It's more melodious than Discharge, which I consider to be a good thing. The short lyrics are easy to memorize and sing along, however if you prefer lyrics comparable to Aus Rotten, this just won't work for you. I'd say the length of these lyrics are comparable to The Misfits. I ordinarily listen to Oi, but I'm starting to listen to hardcore/street punk as well. Overall this was a great album and I really enjoyed it - I don't regret buying it at all.

Great band. Great CD. My personal favorites are Todays Rebellion is Tomorrows Freedom and Throwaway Kids. I highly suggest getting this CD.

11/22/2005 by Samn from Glenwood Springs, CO Rating:
This Album Sucked. If you love generic lyrics, thoughtless power chords, and poop; This CD is for you. I have no idea if other Virus albums are as bad, but this was bad. This seems like many other shitty bands putting on leather studded coats and singing about being "forgotten". I feel like this CD brings nothing new to the table. I would suggest to skip this CD and save your money.

The best virus album. they just slowly lost it after mike virus left. now they don't even have any of the original members! (time for a name change guys, the devotchkas did it after one orgional left, you won't even do it after all of them leave!) anyway this is one of my favorite albums, get it now.
