This is a very good cd. It is kinda short if that matters at all to you. but if u never heard them i would recammend getting their first cd before you get this one.

5/16/2007 by Geoffrey from Auckland, New Zealand Rating:
This CD is good, but sadly not great. The band seem very tight, the songs are good, but sadly there is just nothing special (in my opinion).

4/21/2006 by Jonathan from Albuquerque, NM Rating:
I just don't know which one of their albums I like the most. These guys just write great songs that make you want to sing along and push emo kids out of the mosh pit. If you like ska punk, check out the Readymen. They broke up and became this band, the Stockyard Stoics.

8/26/2005 by Mary from Wadsworth, OH Rating:
i bought this cd cuz they had a member of chokin victim or leftover crack in it.......and i wasnt disappointed at all. these guys kinda remind of rancid in the way that this cd is a quality fuckin punk rock album.

2/16/2005 by Mike from Aberdeen, SD Rating:
I absolutely love this cd. The songs grow on you and and you can't stop listening to it. Stockyard Stoics deserve alot of praise for this album. In many ways it reminds me of old Rancid, very catchy stuff. Where the comparison to Rancid stops is the lyrical content, Stockyard Stoics are very polital.

12/29/2004 by Kathy from Hollidaysburg, PA Rating:
well its good. not the first album, but the lyrics are still jsut as good its just that the songs dont have that special somthing. well id still get it after you ge the first one. <3 slip

11/23/2004 by Michael from San Ramon, CA Rating:
What a surprise it was to find out these guys made another record...i had heard they had broken up. This album is very good, but not as great as there previous record. The good news is this still sounds like the stoics, i think the only downfall is the songs just arent as good as the first record. Which is not to say the songs suck...there are quite a few great tracks on here, city lights being my favorite. Pick it up if you like the stoics...if u havent heard em check out the first album before diving into this one.
