Against Police Injustice

2003 Non-Commercial 3000

Released on September 20, 2003

This item is not available for purchase. Sorry!

This is a Benefit compilation put together to raise the remaining legal fees for the defense of Ahmad Nelson. Ahmad spent a year and a half in New Orleans Parish Prison, awaiting trial for the murder of an off duty police officer. While Ahmad was in prison family, friends and supporters from around the world rallied to raise money to pay for a fair trial. We raised more then $60,000 but am still struggling to come up with the last $13,000. Thanks to all the bands that have contriputed to this comp. We are hoping that from the sales of this CD, now that Ahmad is free from prison, that he may also be free of this massive debt.

It is a good Cd. It has an ok price. There are a bunch of good songs. However, there (like always on comps) are a few bad ones. I am glad I bought it. You should too.

85% of the stuff on here is great but the other 15% is ok.

Great songs on here by Morning GLory, Bouncing Souls, Choking Victim, Against Me, World/inferno Friendship Society, and loads of others.

The Leftover Crack SOng is one of my favorite songs of all time.

oh yeah the bonus song is hilarious.

OK, i bought this cuz i hate pigs, and it kicked my ass, buy this comp because there's a secret #26 rap track that features the stza from loc and follows up on the clockwork orange theme started on the F-Minus / Crack Rock Steady Seven split. you won't hear this anywhere else. then again, it's a comp, so expect some songs to suck. FUCK WORLD TRADE

I think this is good, for a comp. Ok, very good. I hate some of the bands on this, but it's for a good cause. Some of the new songs from bands like *LOC - Super Tuesday* got changed for their latest release anyway, so some of these NEW songs, are just demos. It's all good. Buy this shit.

Excellent CD. A little pricey for a comp, but it does go to a good cause. Also the first place to hear the new Leftover Crack tracks from the upcoming "Fuck World Trade." Don't fuck with the Victim MOTHERFUCKERS!!!
