Long awaited new recording by this Montreal 6 piece punk rock force. Jawbreaker meets At-The-Drive-In in a Montreal basement filled with friends and beer! Brutal and catchy, how can these guys pull it off!?!?!?

I was wathcing a short documentary about The Sainte Catherines. On that, they had Brendan Kelly (Larry Arms)talking about how the SC's always change their song mid way through and turn on it's head. That is so true of this band. I think it's why I like their songs...they change...there diverse. Also check out their other band Yesterday's Ring.

I'm not really into this kind of music. For some reason I've become a Sainte Catherines fan despite not being into hardcore. If you like the Sainte Catherines, you'll like this. I actually prefer the country band Yesterday's Ring that consists of members of the Sainte Catherines. However, if you are looking at this page, you probably want this.

BRILLIANT!!! That's really all I have to say. This band exerts energy from all spectrums. See their live show and you'll know what I mean. This is very comparable to "The Machine Gets Underway". Not as potent as the EP, but damn near close. Fans of the Broadways (one of the best bands ever) will dig this. Highly recommended...but see them live. A very socially aware disc in the vain of the Broadways and Fifteen.

I like “Machine Gets Under Way” a lot better, but still, a great band. If you are into grunge sounding punk/rock, then buy this CD. Great Vocals. I still advise checking out “Machine Gets Under Way” first. The Sainte Catherines Rock!!!
