Pensive
Kids These Days
Released on March 16, 2002
|
This is where "diet punk" started for Pop Punk quartet Pensive when they were still in high school. Don't miss the musical history, go back to the beginning with KIDS THESE DAYS. The San Diego band's first release is rooted in the tradition of California "new-school" melodic punk rock with energetic, three-chord, guitar-driven laments to every kid's life these days.

| Decent release. It's a good debut album for this promising band but if you want to get introduced to the band get "Something About the Stars." That cd is better in terms of songwriting and the recording quality is top notch. It also shows that the band matured sooooo much since they started. |

| I don't know...this cd is ok...just ok. If you want to hear Pensive for the first time, buy their newer release "Something About the Stars." The music is better, vocals are better, and over all production is better. This disc is not bad, but it's not great either. |
