This is Union Jack's first album with 13 powerful songs of bad ska, a find blend of various styles including punk rock, ska, hip hop and rock & roll. Catchy tunes with engaged lyrics and additional touches of scratch, piano, percussions.
It's good, but it may take me a bit to get used to it. The songs are more complete "rock" songs then they've done before and the more i listen the more i sort of "groove" to it.
It doesn't have the instant krusty ska klassics like "Outta my Head" or "Resistance Call" from the split album, but it is really good still.
I'm giving it a 4 because if you are only slightly a fan of previous UJ you might not get off on this one... but if you are a fan of their other work, then it's worth the money.
