The Pietasters have always been one of the bands that expanded on their influences rather than let them over take their music. Willis is one of their strongest albums and further proves this point. This is basically a ska album mixed with old school rock and roll and soul. The production and musicianship is top notch and the songs are great. Really a phenomenal record.

I'm always wishy washy when it comes to the Pietasters. They create such unique sounds on each one of their albums. This one isn't my absolute favorite, but it's got good rhythm and solid, soulful horns. That's all I need really.

Fantastic album. Goes everywhere from traditional ska, to ska-punk, to a little bit of soul thrown in. "Higher," "Out All Night," and "Crime" are worth the price alone, but its a great album altogether. Buy if you like ska.
