This album is alrite. Its definitly not crass best album. Every song on the first disc has recording of people talking at the beginning of every song. The second disc is all live stuff and some demos. It sounds like that they had actually started making some money and they could afford better equipment. This doesn't have that cheap garage sound like their first album did. A lot of the songs sound too perfect. But nevertheless its still crass so its cool. If you want some cool packaging with this album order it on vinyl.

5/15/2007 by Filippo from Montreal, PQ Canada Rating:
I love Crass, I love all their albums, so its not a mystery that I put this album a 5 star, cause I love them, I love their unique sound, I love everything about this band.

2/2/2007 by Daniel from Huntsville, AL Rating:
Christ the Album is a really good cd. I had the feeding of the 5000 already, but the song big a little a is really good. I'd buy it if i were you.

9/13/2006 by Lance from Socorro, NM Rating:
I've listened to Crass for nearly 15 years now. This is not my favorite Crass CD but it is very good. 2nd disc in this 2 disc set is live and other misc. recordings. Not as straightforward as their earlier albums but still very worth it.

8/5/2006 by Rita from Rio Rancho, NM Rating:
Crass has gotta be one of the best lyrical bands of all time in my opinion, godamn buy this shit the only thing that sucks is that ther is a lot of intro stuff before each song. yeah great cd but there are alot of songs that i think kinda suck. get feeding of the 5000 first. Have A Nice DAy, Its the greatest working class rip-off, and Rival Tribal Reel rebel are the best songs

2/3/2006 by Stephen from Kenosha, WI Rating:
a Double Disc album, but for those who don't care for live shows or whatever, the 1st disc is probably is what will be listened to the most. this is my least favorite of the Crass albums (so far, I still need to get 10 notes on a summer day), at the beginning of each song you would hear a sound like from one of those movies or TV shows that would show that 5,4,3,2,1 go. it's like that then the song.

8/20/2005 by Doug from Lancaster, CA Rating:
crass is the best. thats all there is to say but the site says i need to write more to have a valid review. crass is like no other band, they built their own commune and did all the shit they speak about. CRASS IS THE BEST!

8/4/2005 by Chris from Temecula, CA Rating:
This is a pretty good Crass cd. Its not too much music in it though. I would Definatly preffer Penis Envy or The Feeding of the 5000. But still, if you like Crass, this is a must buy!

12/19/2004 by Steven from Bayside, NY Rating:
twas mad good son, i liked it a lot, ma bitches be puttin it on and grindin. yeeeeaaaaaa boooooyyyyyy

11/14/2004 by Toshi from Bendigo, Australia Rating:
kinda a struggle to listen to but still good. not as good as feeding of the 5000, buy that first. christ's got some great live stuff on the second disc but you appreciate it more if you've heard the studio stuff first.
