The beginning of great things came in 2001 with the birth of Anadivine. Cutting their teeth in Kingston, N.Y. (located in the Orange County area, 40 minutes outside of Manhattan), Anadivine breathed new life into a scene that had already given the world many a great band. (Autopilot Off, Coheed and Cambria, and Matchbook Romance all share a hometown with the Anadivine guys.)
The four-piece outfit churns out dark, driving rock and roll with lyrics
ranging from sadistic to sincere. Upon a foundation of exuberant, driving guitar riffs, their songs flow brilliantly into choruses that find a way to become melodically evil. In the short time that the band has been working the scene, they have shared the stage with the likes of Midtown, Dashboard Confessional and Thursday.
Anadivine hangs their hat on the sincerity and conviction of their music. They hope to instill there own ideals taken from personal experiences into their music; spreading their knowledge to the rest of the world and accomplishing the ambitious goal they set before themselves when they named their band after a former school teacher.

| was hoping for something to hold me over till new coheed when i could still listen to them. got this and knew it was complete garbage after the first song. |

| Awesome CD... where did these guys come from?!?! This stuff is in the vein of TBS so if you like them I suggest checking these guys out. |

| i am in love with this cd. from start to finish...it is amazing. im not going to compare it to anyone because i cant do that accurately. anadivine is truly that...divine. theyre raw, real sound is very enjoyable. youll be singing along after 2 or 3 spins. get it. |

| Way to promote your cd by waving Claudio from Coheed and Cambria's name everywhere on this site! He's only in one freakin' song!!! And the rest of the music isn't even that great. It's got a very dry run-of-the-mill emo/Get Up Kids kinda thing going on with one cool but very oddly placed hardcore breakdown. Do yourself a favour and go buy very early Get Up Kids and Motion City Soundtrack to hear this kind of music done much better. |

| This cd appeals to any fan of emo. Its really good for an ep and every song is good and catchy. The only problem I have is that two of the eight songs are just interludes. If your a fan of bands like Hidden In Plain View or Thursday you should like this. |

| Having recently got hold of the new Co & Ca album, I thought wahey, some more dark as fuck kick ass licks for me to rock out too! But alas, as has been noted before, there is only one Co & Ca, and this CD gets nowhere close. Unfortunately this album belongs more in the easy listening section than anywhere else. There is none of the guitar work that makes you give a little smile to yourself and think "crumbs that good" as with Co & Ca. The vocals are average, the drumming is average, the sound is just, well, average. So dont get excited kids, stick to the original is my advice to you all.
Oh yeah and the first track isn't even a song, now I know this is also the case with the Co & Ca album, but they can be forgiven as the rest of the album proves they dont need no filler. This one however, cant. |

| This cd is great i know coheed is better, id give coheed six stars if i could. The tone of the music fits the lyrics great. They dont have anything to impressive with their riffs or drumwork but it still sounds good. Good melodic rock and it's good for an EP |

| Honestly, the only reason I got this was because Claudio from Coheed and Cambria makes a guest apperance on one song. Overall, it is an average release from an average band. There is only one Coheed and Cambria, don't let anyone fool you. Later. |
