Sorry, but this item is no longer available

Orlando Florida's From First to Last is part of a new wave of bands mixing the melody of pop punk with the aggression of hardcore to create a new genre. For fans of The Movielife, Finch, and Boys Night Out. This energetic five piece successfully combines the most combustible elements of modern hardcore and fuses them with infectious melody in a way that commands respect for all who listen.

This is definately not Dear Diary. And it's definately not Heroine. All FFTL albums seem to stand alone, and it's hard to compare them. This one is way poppier than Dear Diary, and not as techno influenced as Heroine. Not a lot of screaming. As a fan of post hardcore, I'd rank it higher than Heroine, and lower than Dear Diary.

1 word. CRAP!!!!! THIS ALBUM WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.YOU CAN TELL HOW MUCH A DIFFERENCE SONNY MAKES.

2/25/2005 by Derrick from London, ON Canada Rating:
this cd is quite good, i like from first to last a lot.

the songs if you look at them individually, are much better on this cd - but dear diary, my teen angst has a body count flows a lot better (song transitions are nicer).

if you like from first to last a lot, buy this cd from interpunk. if you don't know from first to last, or can't be bothered to pay the shipping, just get dear diary... from your local music store.

also i was sad to see the line up changes between this and their full length. philip readon has a much better voice than sonny moore in my opinion (the drumming is better on the full-length though).

later, d-rak

Don't waste your money on this CD. It's basically the Story of the Year formula. Mediocre pop punk with some screams thrown in there. I took a chance when I bought this CD. But hey, atleast I got 5 bucks for it at the used CD store.

2/27/2004 by Linda from Newport Beach, CA Rating:
This was a great cd. It got kinda old fast. I don't think the guy screamed enough. And his voice got kinda cheesie.... Good cd but not that good. You could waste your money on better shit, but hey if your into them get it

2/20/2004 by Brett from Taylor, MI Rating:
wow. From First To last. what can i say this is a very excellent band. I cant get enough of them. everyday i turn my stereo on to listen to the melodies of there songs. If your looking for a band to rock out to everyday be sure to buy this ep. very brilliant

1/19/2004 by Ryan from Brooklyn Center, MN Rating:
I've known these guys for quite some time now and heard their sound mature over time. It's simply amazing how talented they've become and this album proves it. Melodic vocals blended with aggressive screams and edgy guitars backed by poetic lyrics make up these well-crafted songs. Do yourself a favor and get this if you're into any similar bands in this genre (i.e. Saosin, Boys Night Out), you won't be dissapointed.

9/5/2003 by Steven from Saskatoon, SK Canada Rating:
This album is awesome. I don't know how i came about first hearing them but i had heard two of the songs on mp3. The CD is a bit expensive for an EP but is well worth it. I'm really looking forward to a full length.
