$8.25

Senses Fail will be the band to watch in the next couple of years. With intensely poetic lyrics, cutting drums, and faultless guitar melodies, Senses Fail vigilantly bridges the edginess of hardcore and the passion of punk rock together. Forming in February of 2002, Senses Fail hails from Bergen County New Jersey. Following in the footsteps of many prospering New Jersey bands such as Saves the Day and Thursday, Senses Fail attempts to transcend the mediocrity of the present music scene in hopes to help rebuild a new one. "From the Depths of Dreams" re-release on Drive-Thru Records includes new artwork and 2 bonus tracks.

Little gentle emo with a little bit of screamo. Slit wrists,blood,november,hearts... lol. 7 tracks + The grounds fold accoustic version. When you put the cd in your compute it will bring you to a secret website with pics ... not bad but not great.

Its a good emo cd but not enought screaming...

12/24/2006 by Rickard from Kungsör, Sweden Rating:
senses fail are a good band with great melodic songs, screaming vocals and pretty good lyrics. im not listening to this kind of music anymore but i still gonna rate them high. if you're into this screaming (and sometimes singing) stuffs you should pick this one up. happy holiday!

9/3/2006 by Tim from Milton, ON Canada Rating:
Its been a while since this has come out, but I just bought it and I like writing reviews so I'll review this. As far as EPs go this is one of the better ones. Every song is solid and none are worth skipping, This cd is hard to ignore for any fan of the band and definatley worth the purchase if you have only heard Let it Enfold You.

3/21/2006 by Frankie from Dos Palos, CA Rating:
Not bad for an EP, really raw and emo, but not bad at all. I really dig teh acoustic version of the Ground Folds, own it if u have Let in Enfold You.

1/16/2005 by Mike from Waterloo, ON Canada Rating:
Pretty good debut from these youngsters. Buddy's vocals are very bright and melodic. The songs are pretty catchy too. The songs are not very consistent, but that will come with more experience for these guys. They blend pop melodies and aggression really well on this release. The acoustic song is also very well done.

While I'm at it, I'm going to talk about their new CD. Alot of people aren't pleased with their new CD (including drive thru)... and I totally think people need to give it another listen. I love their new CD. It's alot more consistent and the songs have alot more substance and is more mature.

Drive Thru Records has gone from being an amazing label to being a HORRIBLE one. Their newly signed bands are horrible and all sound exactly the same. Such a lack of variety, and talent. Oh, and their new band "Morning Call" from Canada... don't blame us! No one here has ever heard of them. And we have alot better bands.

9/2/2004 by Andrew from St. Simons Island, GA Rating:
This CD is really really good. The way they fuse emo and hardcore really blends well with they way they play. They are one of the few bands that combine these genres well. There is also lots of melodies on this, which sets it apart from most other screamo/post hardcore bands. Although it's short, you'll want to keep listening for a while. It's not a CD that gets old fast. I have no doubts their new CD will be simply amazing. If you really like this band, I would also check out Glasseater, Thrice, or Boys Night Out. But it is definitely a good buy. And it's definitely worth the $8.50 by far.

Senses Fail rock! I'm desperately in love with this CD. The members of this band are really down to earth. Buy this CD if you appreciate good music.
