You and I is what emo was supposed to sound like. You and I are sometimes referred to as Screamo but their sound isn't chaotic enough for the title.

The You and I discography is well worth your money if your into truely passionate music, as i said this is what real emo should sound like.

6/3/2005 by C. Robinson from Ft. Mitchell, KY Rating:
You and I are the best band you were supposed to hear years ago. This is a document of the band's career of recording up to their swam song, Curtain Falls. Includes material from 7"'s and EPs. It's an interesting veiw of a band progressing into a great halt, and a beautiful final album.

10/29/2004 by Victor A. from London, United Kingdom Rating:
This band can be heavy as fuck and sweet as a candy. This album will take you on a emotional rollercoaster. An ok record.

10/11/2004 by Greg from Blue Springs, MO Rating:
You and I is hit or miss with me sometimes, but I am still gald I decided to buy this release. When it comes down to it, this band is melodic metalcore, but this is when band's were smart about it and didn't go for the chugga and the breakdown every 0.2 seconds and shove it in your face.

9/28/2004 by Michael from Johnson City, NY Rating:
When i first got this cd and popped it in it kind of soundy crappy. The singing isnt that great and the recording isnt the best but also isnt the worst.I left the cd alone for awhile, listened to it eventually again and realized its a pretty dope fucking cd.If your a fan of the whole "screamo" gerne then you gotta pick this up.The music and lyrics might seem alittle tired on this cd but they were doin this before alot of these other bullshit bands. The cd's even got those cool movie clips between songs to give it that much more emotion.Buy this cd.BITCH.

9/21/2004 by Scott from Tucson, AZ Rating:
This is a comprehensive release by one of the finest screamo bands that ever was, and surely, that ever will be. It contains basically all of their stuff that wasn't on the curtain falls. The material is really solid screamo that is rarely repetitive. The vocals range from a damaged singing to a vicious scream and these are often overlapping giving many of the songs a feel of emotional confusion.

6/27/2004 by Christopher from Staten Island, NY Rating:
you & I are simply one of the greatest bands ever. i'm sad to say that they're long since broken up. This discography is easily the best and most emotional CD I own. Vocally, Jason has been a huge influence on me as well as lyrically. Best tracks are Forever Lasts A Moment, Seascape and No Guilt On New Year's Morning. However this whole CD, from start to finish, is godlike.

3/7/2004 by Justin from Wellington, FL Rating:
Great and powerful cd. Great lyrics, great band, the live songs are so so.... worth it though in the long run. these guys are intense and very emotional, true screamo at its very best

2/28/2004 by Dave from Guelph, ON Canada Rating:
Hmmm...this is the first Level Plane band that I don't like too much (although this album wasn't on Level Plane). They don't suck or anything, it's just the singer can't sing (in my opinion). I think the screaming and instrumentals and lyrics are good, it's just that damn singing. They sound a lot like a faster version of old Cave In, with a couple melodic parts thrown in. I would suggest buying stuff from these guys other bands, such as Hot Cross and Neil Perry, who are freaking amazing. Not a bad album, but a sub par release compared to the two bands mentioned above and others such as Off Minor, Saetia, City of Caterpillar, The Now, Yaphet Kotto, Welcome The Plague Year, and Transistor Transistor.

1/6/2004 by Eli from Pocatello, ID Rating:
This is quite excellent, quality screamo from this defunct band. Definantly has more melodic parts than Saetia(a CD I purchased aroung the same time), but the hardcore intensity is there as well. Good lyrics, about your typical broken hearts and stuff, but I don't mind when they are well done. They remind me a lot of From Autumn to Ashes, only better, the songs are more cohesive, they just didn't try to fit as many riffs as possible in no matter if they worked or not. Unfortunatly the tracklisting on the package and the track order on the CD is horribly messed up, but all the songs are good, my favorite is track 19 (Seascape). This is a good buy if you like screamo, or even some of that hardcore with singing parts
