These CD's are totally worth the money. I only got them because I am a fan of the Faint and I wanted to check out other bands from their label. Through this CD, I was able to hear some other bands that I have grown to love, and I will be buying many Saddle Creek CDs in the not-so-distant future. This compilation is a gate-way drug, and I recommend it to everyone.

Great CD by a great label. There aren't too many songs on this CD not worth mentioning, but the Rilo Kiley and Bright Eyes definitely stand out. Saddle Creek has some of the best indie artists signed to their label so you'd be a fool not to buy this and hear a little of everything. You'll find something you love.

Very nice CD set...I knew going into it that I'd like the Bright Eyes, Cursive, and Son, Ambulance songs. I love "Take me to the Hospital" by The Faint. Everyone I have listen to it is hooked. It's very different from the rest of the Saddle Creek stuff (as is everything by The Faint) and quite good. Another song worth mentioning is Azure Ray's "November." The bonus stuff is pretty neat, but I'm not very hip to the Saddle Creek scene, so some of the movies didn't mean a whole lot to me. The live performance videos were nice though.

It's a comp so how can you review it that good? I wasn't sure about all the hype of Bright Eyes, Cursive and the whole Saddle Creek Family so I decided what better way to get the comp instead of forking all the $$$ over for each album. Overall I liked it. It is a double CD with a wide arrangement of music. There is something for everyone on it...from indie, punk, hardcore, emo, new wave, and even folk. Check it out.

Not only does this cd have music on it it also has some music in a visual form and a lot more stuff concern Saddle Creekness. The special features is the thing that I am discussing to you curious lookers, or if you know it already I guess not so curious buyer, it is a fine special feature feateruer. I like making up words, it is fun and sort of useless, which is cool with me even if you aren't cool with it. Here we have here is all the hip bands on Saddle Creek, like The Faint, Cursive, Despar(can't spell the rest of it) and Bright Eyes. Well not only do we get the hip cool bands we get the hip not well known bands like Rilo Killey, Good Life, Sorry About Dresdan and more. All in one payment of $9.75. Order now! Oh and wait a second let me guess, you like Saddle Creek. I wonder what you are waiting for, this cd is chock full of fun and I mean fun special features. I watched the whole thing and for the whole of one half on one hour I was entertained and it was brillant the entertainment entertained me! The cover is nice too and so is the lay out you know why it is, it is becuase Saddle Creek can afford a highly professional graphic artist or they know a guy who is good and does it for a resonable price, I am hoping for the former. It is nice to have a collection of the bands who make the much celebrated catalouge of Saddle Creek perform note worthy songs both of a realesed and an unrealesed nature. Wow this is AMAZING when i think about it I think "AMAZING". Does that leave an impression on you? Are you too impressed? Would you find this impressing? Does it have a potential to impress your friends? If so than Saddle Creek has achieved it's preconcieved goal it set out to achieve with it's fiftith reales. Congradualate yourself, you own a hip record and you earn a hip point from me, if you don't buy this record and refuse to purchase a completely fabouloso record you are lame. Not only will you be lame, but you just might die in a freak accident, all becuase you refused to buy this fine product which is backed by the Mic Wright certificate which promises a product of fine quality and hipness. Represent your hometown, buy this. It only takes one simple step you know what to do.

Ahh Saddle Creek. The holy grail. One Old One New song. Highlights include the new Faint, Cursive, Sorry About Dresden, And of course Bright Eyes. The Bonus movies are really cool too, except for the one with the cat, that one's kinda scary.
