| Get this now! Thanks to Alternative Tentacles for reissuing this masterpiece from Austin, Texas LEGENDS, THE DICKS!!!.
No other vocal in punk sounds like Gary Floyd. Make sure you also get the "Kill From the Heart" reissue too.
The Dicks, just like The Big Boys have a varying and challenging sound at times. That is what makes Texas punk rock great. |

| Been waiting for this reissue since 1986. Alternative Tentacles reissued a Dicks compilation in the 90's titled "1980-1986", a few of these tracks are on here, but this was the first time the entire LP was released as a whole. The Cd also features the first two extremity rare Dicks singles. It sounds great. A proper reissue very well put together, this reissue is on par with a Captain Oi! records reissue, extremely well put together with photos etc.
I always liked the 1st Dicks lp more than this release, but this has grown on me over the years. It does feature a entirely different line up minus vocalist Gary Floyd. But still it is Classic Dicks. Buy it!!!! |
