I am a big Against Me! fan, even New Wave. And I Thought Heart Burns was great. The song that stuck out most was "Anna Is A Stool Pigeon", so naturally its the first single. the song itself is great, and includes two b-sides. an acoustic version of "Random Hearts" and a previously unreleased song "I Can't See You, But I Know You're There" which is one of my favorites. i got mine on clear vinyl and the artwork is fantastic. buy this.

I've been a big Against Me! fan for a while and although they've been dissapoiting me since "Searching for a Former Clarity" this is a really good solo record. They took the 2nd best song from the EP("Anna Is A Stool Pigeon") and threw in 2 more acoustic tracks, an acoustic version of "Random Hearts" which is WAY better then the other version and a new song called "I Can't See You, But I Know You're There" which is also really good, so as a whole this is the best thing Tom Gabels been a part of in a long time. Too bad it's only 3 songs long but if you have a record player and like older AM! then you have to get this.

Oooo, Tom Gabel is so fucking dreamy! I want to kidnap Heather, put a stamp on her head, and mail her to Japan! Then I can have Tom all to myself! Woo! Thrash Unreal! Stop! Woo! First track from the Heart Burns release, which is his best "solo" song. "Random Hearts (acoustic)" is 100x better than the EP version, and the other song is also quite enjoyable. But, what is the terminal velocity of a laiden swallow carrying an egg?
