This is an excellent album. If you like skate punk, pop punk, emo, or just good melodic rock music......you will love this album! I am so glad Amber Pacific decided to stick to their style that they established on their first two albums. I thought this band could easily jump the shark and leave their punk rock roots for more of a slower emo sound......BUT THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN! This album is faster, more melodic, and as catchy as ever.

Well, I got this CD for my girlfriend and it seems to really have struck a chord. She said the whole CD is outstanding with the exception of track 3, which sounds like some cheesy new-MXPX bullshit (which is strange, because the MXPX guy does vocals on another song). Track 2 is far and away the best song on the CD, and it seems like a solid release altogether. Fans of the band will not be disappointed, and this is about as good as they've been on their three releases. It's even slightly reminiscent of Ten Foot Pole at times (when they were good).

I was a bit curious to see how this would come out. I liked their first ep but couldn't get into their last full-length. This album however is a really good pop-punk album. Nothing much different than what they've previously done, just enjoyable punk songs that bring to mind No Us For a Name, Slick Shoes, etc. The one problem I have with the cd is that it does get repetitive. Most of the songs on the cd follow the same song structure and tempo's as the last which makes the cd get a little old around track 7. However the songs are really good which lead into a short intrumental intro track 9 that leads into the best song on the cd featuring Mike Herrera throughout most of the track. If you're a previous Amber Pacific fan you'll like this, if you've never heard them but are a pop-punk fan then you also wil enojy this band.
