Managing to pack two entire tracks into 66 minutes, MOSS redefine torturous with a larger, more cosmically
heavy sound featuring Jus Oborn (of Doom masters ELECTRIC WIZARD) taking production duties. Though each
track retains the monolithic simplicity of a Martian pyramid, the production somehow increases the scope of
the trademark MOSS wall of distortion and despair. Who dares to dream what dark Old Ones may be summoned
from beyond the realms of time and death by these primitive, obscene dirges?

| Extreme doom-metal. Slow, droning, and bludgeoning, with tons of feedback. It numbs your mind. Only a select few would enjoy it. I prefer their "Sub Templum" album, which has more variety. |

| If you could could peel back the surface of the earth and listen to its pulse beat - this album would be the sounds that you hear. Bleak , hopelessly downtrodden and depressing beyond belief, slow motion wear. Do not buy this or consider even listening to this if you're some person that idolizes tool or deftones or needs something to hum along with. Fuk melody. Moss bludgeons with reality. If you're into extreme-doom like Eyehategod,Fleshpress, and Stumm you will love this. This is one of the most meaningful sounding albums i've ever heard. I listen to it constantly. |
