| It is an ok CD. I just wasn't all that impressed. O'God The Aftermath is still my favorite. So if you have nothing to compare this one too then you might like it. I like the rawness of O'God and this one is a bit too melodic for the NJ that I know. I think that they might have been thinking a little too mainstream on this one. 'Cause you know that is all they all want now is $. |

| REDEEMER.....This album is so cool! Norma Jean sounds like A million t-rex's! Buy this album! The lyrics fight fair, the guitars are like pain and love at the same time. |

| This CD isn't all that great. Although the CD art is pretty nice, it's nothing compared to their first full length CD. There are a few catchy songs on here, but the vocals are nothing compared to "Bless the Martyr and Kiss the Child" (two different vocalist). I probably have listened to this CD all the way through about twice since I bought it (I bought this in January). I started listening to Norma Jean when "Bless the Martyr and Kiss the Child" came out, so to me this album was a waste of money. For people that haven't heard their first album, you might like it. The songs sound pretty much the same, and I don't think there is anything that stands out in this album. |

| This album is great. It's less chaotic than their others one. Screaming is better on this one, he's deeper... Artwork is insane and weird like Norma Jean like it. The first 4 tracks are incredible with crazy breakdowns ! THE END

| Norma Jean's Redeemer is amazing. O God was a a pretty face-melting disc too but Reedeemer just flows better. The songs are more diverse and the breakdowns take you for way more of a ride than say some of O God did. The first track on this bad boy is probably the best damn song of 2006! It fucking roars. buy this cd! |

| At the first look on the cover, I get this Alfred Hitchcook feel, which is a good thing.
On this album, Norma Jean has managed to be a little more melodic since last time, yet kept their brutality. I´m really impressed. Although O´ God is still the favourite. I don´t think they´ve bettered themselves enough for this to be their "masterpiece". On the first listen, I don´t find enough songs, that makes me want to listen to this album again. Althought a few more spins may get more of my attention.

| I definately have to give this one a 5. It's not as hard as their first two, to me at least, but it's still a fantastic CD. A Grand Scene For A Color Film is definately my favorite song on Redeemer, and possibly my favorite one of all-time by them, along with Memphis Will Be Laid To Waste. But, any fan of Norma Jean should definately get this CD, it's worth it... |
