Managing to smear the line of division where music and art meet, this record was culled from a palette of cultural and artistic influences that from the 53-second aural equivalent of puking blood that makes up the opening bars of small stone to the Latin-inspired "Dirty Leaves" to the closing notes of the glammed out methadone come-down of "White Guilt" - the record bobs and weaves it way around the sonic landscape, and somehow manages to stay on the tracks, never losing the groove. Wash, rinse, repeat as needed.

| It took me a while to really get into this album and appreciate it. It's different from the 2003 album; they put less of a hardcore sound to the songs and add more of a rock n' roll sound to them... but it's not a mind-dumbing kind of cock rock sound that is far too prevalent these days on your radio. I think the song "White Guilt" is the best example of them adding a large rock n' roll influence to their sound and pulling off this sound with success. Most of these songs are really good, maybe a one or two clunkers once you pass the halfway mark, but that's about it. So while this doesn't deliver as fast & swift of a punch to the face as the 2003 album did and that blah blah blah stuff, it's still a very good and enjoyably different release. |

| Nowhere near as good as there first selftitled, but its still pretty good. Some of the songs are really boring, while others are as good as the stuff off of their first record. If you absolutely loved their first CD like I did, then this will be worth buying. However, there are more mediocre songs than good ones on here. |
