"Nerve Damage" is undoubtedly the most anticipated release from any DIY hardcore band for 2006. Tragedy’s long awaited 3rd LP is a powerhouse of melody, brooding darkness, and hard hitting d-beat hardcore. Ten tracks. Tragedy is one of the most well known and well respected hardcore DIY hardcore bands currently dragging their asses all over the world to play punk gigs. "Nerve Damage" does not disappoint. Ex-members of His Hero Is Gone, From Ashes Rise, Copout, Severed Head of State, Call The Police, Criminal Damage, Deathreat, Well Away, Uranus, etc, etc… The CD comes in a digi-pack. LP version to be released in a few weeks.

It's Tragedy...therefore buy it. Melodic d-beat hardcore crust-punk. Not quite as good as 'Vengeance' but that is not a put down in the slightest, Tragedy are still the best hardcore-punk band around today and 'Nerve Damage' is one of the best hardcore albums of the last couple of years. Do yourself a favour and buy all their albums. NOW!

1/8/2008 by Garrett from Mansfield, TX Rating:
Its their best, heaviest, fastest album out. Right when you put the CD in the player you just know that this is gonna blow your mind. This is their most talented one. Also check out their Self-Titled Album.

It's Tragedy! Come on, buy it! To my suprise this album recieved #9 out of 40 for Best Albums of 2006 in Decibel Magazine. Damn

11/2/2006 by Dan from Snellville, GA Rating:
Tragedy's melodic d-beat sound is absolutely fierce. And it's infectious just same! The music on this record is even "pretty" sounding at some points. But it's angry and violent edge always remains prevalent and never gets lost or stomped out. Not too many bands can do this and still be taken seriously. Nerve Damage should definitely be taken seriously as it is quite possibly the best punk record of the year!

6/8/2006 by Paul from Wisbech, United Kingdom Rating:
