Set-up for Professional began back in early October 2005 when the Scotch Greens embarked on a six week North American tour with indie sensations Gogol Bordello. The album is an infectious mix of warped-speed punk power, bluegrass, and American roots set to the humorous hook-filled lyrics of frontman Zander Cox. Production duties were handled by Ted Hutt (MXPX, Flogging Molly, Go Betty Go).
