Always to be known as the band that wrote the "verbal kint" from the cinema beer nuts video, link 80 knock out some serious ska-punk that is seriously intense. Fast, snotty, catchy ska-punk that will have you skanking while ripping the circle pit. Standout tracks include " turn it around", "pretty girls", dimestore hoods" and "nowhere fast".

8/9/2005 by Mike from Springfield, IL Rating:
Some very good and powerful skacore. Nick was the best on vocals. It isn't the best ska out there, but it's pretty damn close.

5/9/2005 by Jasona from Yorba Linda, CA Rating:
some good skacore. soem shit is good and some is crap. it's worth it. like 14 good songs. so it's worth it. so purchase it and feel like a better person

5/20/2004 by Donald from Glen Gardner, NJ Rating:
I like link 80 with nick on the vocals very good cd if you like this by knowledge cause its also very damn good

3/30/2004 by Joseph from Bowie, MD Rating:
Fuckin unbelievable!! This is an awesome album if u like fast agressive punk or ska this cd combines the best of both worlds.

5/25/2003 by Sean from Lindenhurst, IL Rating:
this album seemed to be getting allright reviews, so i'm going to be the one lame ass who bombs it. i bought this album a loooong time ago. i guess my musical tastes have changed. it sounds a lot like like op. ivy, but crappier, which is funny because the recording for op. ivy was a lot more primitive. if they had greg puciato from the dilliger escape plan screaming for them, then maybe they could call it could be somewhat "hardcore", but its just not working for me. hey, maybe their other two cds are absolutely mind blowing and i'm just a hypocrite, but i dont want to waste my money to find out.

5/11/2003 by Patrick from Corinthh, NY Rating:
I already have had this cd for a long time...I bought it for my girlfriend for christmas. Now I am going to review it. This cd is one of the greatest I have ever listened too. It just has this great style to it. I don't really know what else to say but that you should buy it if you love punk rock.

5/9/2003 by David from Santa Teresa, NM Rating:
nice ska. its very catchy and the bass lines roll with you as you listen. I really like this cd and i suggest it to anyone who enjoys the asian man line up or any ska for that matter. and its cool cuz its not all hardcore spaz ska but its harder that most ska out there as well. so buy it, cuz its really good

4/12/2003 by Greg from Champaign, IL Rating:
I think the last "skacore" record I bought was Choking Victim, and this record has more 'SKA' than 'CORE' to it, but it was definitely worth the money. Link 80, I would say, is more just straight up fast punk rock with horns and ska riffs, so if that's what makes you skacore then I guess they are but whatever. This was a damn good record, one of the BETTER ska bands, in my opinion.

2/20/2003 by Jonathan from Stillwater, OK Rating:
this cd wasnt that great. i love ska, probably more than anyone that listens to it anymore, but this isnt that good. get rid of the metal, and its not bad. the best song is "pretty girls." there are only a few more good tunes on it besides that. the rest is just ska-core, which isnt bad, but not great ska.
