7/4/2007 by Howard from Bethesda, MD Rating:
This really comes across as mainstream, Headbanger's Ball-type hardcore/screamo. I was initially turned off, but the combination of pop melodies, metallic hardcore guitar parts, and political lyrics ultimately won me over. It's a gripping album. I'm surprised they weren't on Victory back in the day, but being reissued on EV makes sense. The packaging is also great, with full lyrics, liner notes, and little stories relating to the lyrics. Even if you're skeptical, it's worth getting.

6/11/2006 by Daniel from Hollywood, FL Rating:
This is good emotional hard indie-rock. This album portrays what "emo" was before the whining, goofy hair, tight pants and black fingernails became a fashion for exploitation by MTV to brainwash the children and make a quick buck.
