| Jimmy Eat World - Stay On My Side Tonight |
Stay On My Side Tonight showcases sides of the Jimmy Eat World musical spectrum decidedly different from the upbeat anthemics of Futures'
"Pain" and "Work"; "Disintegration" opens proceedings on a somber note and concludes with the haunting refrain that gives the EP its title.
"Over" and "Closer" each pick up the pace incrementally, leading into a beautiful and reverent cover of Heatmiser's "Half Right." Stay On My Side Tonight concludes with a remix of "Drugs Or Me" in which the Futures track is chopped, screwed, deconstructed and reassembled by Styrofoam.

| This isn't their best work, but it's pretty good. I recommend it for any big fan of Jimmy Eat World, but if you're looking for something upbeat then don't buy this cd. |
