right when i put this cd in, the #1 letdown was the vocals. not a good job. The music kinda helped me ignore the vocals though and at times i really enjoyed this cd. the bonus tracks cd is also really good.

Not as good as I expected it to be, but still enjoyable. If your looking to buy a cd by ALOL I recommend A Great Artist or their new cd Hunter which comes out this month.

Well, this is a great cd.I wouldn't say it's ground breaking, because it isn't.But, it's a great metal album. The one set back is the vocals.Although the high pitch screams are simply blood curdling, you can't really understand what he's screaming. And, there aren't any lyrics with the booklet. So, that kinda sucks.I like to understand what people are saying on their albums. But it makes up for it musically. The guitars are just beautiful.Absolute breakneck, hardcore breakdowns to tear jerking picking riffs. The drums are great.Very clear.I like the two demos from "The Fourth Plague" the best.Very cool.Vocals are a little more audible. And you can really hear the progress the band has made between the two recordings.I can't wait to hear their Ferret Records debut titled "Hunter."It should be out this summer.Keep and eye out for these guys. They have serious potential. And it shows on this album.
