Meh, it’s pretty good and it’s a fair bit heavier than there other stuff but I guess it just doesn’t…feel right ya know? I think its ok but if there’s an earlier one you don’t have buy that instead.

This album is different from the other albums, but still something you'd expect from Co&Ca. Great songs, the lyrics seem to reflect a lot of heartbreak which is something Claudio never really sang about in the first two albums. 5 stars for this one...

There are so many different things that I love about this album that I don't know where to begin. The album art is awesome, the lyrics are great and Claudio sounds better than ever on this cd. The music is amazing, succeeding at capturing the essence of Coheed that we know and love, while branching out to new areas of metal, pop, and (to a lesser extent) some very electronic sounds. Coheed have added a keyboard player to their touring line-up, and when you hear this album you'll understand why: there are keyboards on almost every track, though you may have to listen to the cd several times before you hear some of the minor bits of keyboard and even orchestral instruments that lie within. These new layers of sounds, along with excellent production quality (and of course top-notch musicianship) make the first two albums seem pale by comparison. A must for long-time fans and newcomers alike.
